About Pingpe
A personal gateway into the Upper Suriname rainforest.
Jungle Resort Pingpe was founded in 2007 by Kenpris "Chapeau" Siesa from a deep passion for his culture, the river, and the surrounding forest.
The resort is small, warm, and locally rooted. Guests are welcomed by people who know the land because it is their home. That makes the experience different from a packaged attraction: it is a guided encounter with everyday life in the interior.
